      Angelle has over 10 years of experience and is licensed to practice law in California, Washington, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Washington. Angelle has worked in criminal law as both a prosecutor and criminal defense attorney - giving her a unique perspective on the criminal justice system. She has also held positions as a Department of Licensing Hearing Officer and a Pro Tem Administrative Law Judge for the Office of Administrative Hearings.  Angelle is the Municipal Prosecutor for the City of Cheney and for the City of Medical Lake.

      Angelle also practices in civil litigation representing Registered Tow Truck Operators in Washington.  Angelle has worked on cases involving tow and impound for several years and is well versed in Washington regulations regarding towing and impoundment of vehicles.
